Please include your order number in the comment. Let us know whether you are withdrawing from the contract within 14 days, which is possible for non-printed textiles, or if you are filing a product complaint. If it's a complaint, please briefly describe the issue with the item.

ATTENTION!
When returning goods, please keep in mind that unlike non-printed items, personalized textiles are not eligible for return under § 19 (1)(c) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection (Slovakia). Textiles customized based on your request (e.g. with print, embroidery, etc.) cannot be returned without a reason unless they are defective. If the product has a defect, please use the complaint/return procedure.
